Owner retiring from the business after 27+ years due to health problems.
Sold with the business are: 7 Industrial sewing machines by Juki, Consew, 24' Layout cutting table, 2 prep and sewing tables. 2 Consew 510 cutting knifes ( 1 for parts), fabric drill, hot knifes, grommet sets, massive amounts of metal fasteners and dies for #00, #01, #2,,#4, #6 Plain, and #6 spur grommets. Massive inventory of plastic fasteners including buckles, toggles, etc. Cases of webbing, 1000+ yards of industrial fabrics, thread, and much, much more. Total of 3 complete clamp systems. Machine has "X" scale and "Y" scale for reducing or enlarging patterns. This machine was custom ordered as an HS= Heavy Sew.

Notice our biggest most profitable year, 2010. When the economy was in the dumpster, and sales were down everywhere. But not here. Customers kept buying snow tubes, as it is a cheap sport to get into. Buy the snow tube, and you are ready to go. No lift tickets to buy, no other needed equipment to buy. Our average retail customer order is 2.1 snow tubes per order.
The ideal buyer should have a deep, working background in running a small business, and have a solid background in industrial sewing and production of industrial fabrics in to finished goods.
Our main products manufactured are industrial padding for Ski Resorts, and snow tubes for Ski Resorts , Youth camps, Church Camps. Tubing centers, and 90% to the general public. Our major market year after year for snow tubes is NY, PA, CT, ME, NJ and most other East coast states. Plus we have plenty of return customers. We sell them on our website, on our Ebay store, and actually dropped all of our Google advertising in 2010. We were ranked #1 on Google searches anyway, so we took down our ads, saving us $300-$400 per month in advertising fees.
Space requirements
Our sewing factory is located 300 ft from my front door to my home, so it is an easy commute for me. The Sewing/production floor should be 900-1000 Sq Ft. NO 220 volt needed. We also have 900 sq ft of storage space upstairs in our factory for storage of patterns, fabric, finished goods, large amounts of webbing, snow tube parts etc. So we actually have use of 1800 sq ft.
Sales Price
The price for the entire business is $150,000, about ½ of our 2010 Gross sales figure. Cash out ONLY. Owner will sign a non competition document, and will assist new owners in training for a period to be determined. Owner will be moving to Eastern, Wa when the business sells, so a possible lease of my 1800 sq ft factory & my Home, with 3 bed/1 bath on 1.16 acres is a possibility.
